Sealcoating for Asphalt & Pavement

Sealcoating your pavement provides a protective barrier against damage from chemicals such as gasoline, oil, salt, and mag chloride. Sealcoating also reduces oxidation of the pavement from the sun’s UV rays. This process also results in an aesthetically appealing look to the property.

The Sealcoating Process

The lot is cleaned with forced air and steel brooms. The sealer is applied with a squeegee against any concrete, structures or anything decorative. A polymer asphalt-based sealer is then spray applied in 2 coats, providing a durable and handsome product.
